3-Season Rooms, 4-Season Rooms
3-season rooms, 4-season rooms, and screened porches from Outdoor Environments are the perfect way to enjoy your backyard without giving up the comforts of being indoors. Our 3-season and 4-season rooms and screened porches give you a quiet, peaceful treat where you can relax, entertain, or just enjoy the view protected from the elements.
Outdoor Environment’s 3-season rooms, 4-season rooms, and screened porches provide a number of benefits. Our outdoor rooms bring in sunlight while providing a barrier from bugs and rain. They add usability to your yard and extend use of your outdoor living space into the warmer and cooler seasons. Enclosed outdoor living spaces also increase your property value.
Which type of enclosed outdoor living space you choose to construct depends on how much you want to invest and how you intend to use it.
- Screened porches are a great option for adding usable outdoor living space that allows you to enjoy the outdoors with protection from bugs and inclement weather while still enjoying fresh air. If planned ahead, Outdoor Environments can design your screened porch so that it can be converted into a 3-season room or 4-season room down the road.
Screened porches
- 3-season rooms are perfect for spring through fall when the weather is warm. Screens can be used during mild weather to let in fresh air and light weight plexi- glass inserts can be used in the cooler seasons.
- 4-season rooms can be enjoyed all year. Outdoor Environments uses high-efficiency windows and insulated glass to retain radiant heat during the winter months and reflect heat and UV rays in the summer. As with 3-season rooms, screens can be used during mild weather. HVAC systems combined with insulated walls, floors and roofs also help to maintain a comfortable indoor climate throughout the year. Radiant heat floor systems are also available for those 4- season rooms with tile floors.
Outdoor Environments will design your 3-season room, 4-season room, or screened porch to blend seamlessly with the rest of your home. Unlike a deck or patio, an outdoor room from Outdoor Environments can accommodate amenities such as ceiling fans, indoor lighting, fireplaces, and even a TV and sound system.
